Height High-rises 70m / 81m / 92m, Boulevardbuildings 30m
The project Park City, a new quarter with residential, office and retail areas, is based upon a master plan by KPF London.
Located directly on the banks of the river Moskwa, within the so-called third ring, it covers a total area of 15 ha. On a site right in the heart of this new district, Eller + Eller Architects have designed three residential high-rise buildings with 19 to 25 floors, as well as three ‘cross bar’ buildings with 7 full and one set back floor, all buildings placed along a boulevard.
In the upper stories, luxurious apartments are developed, some of them maisonette-style, with an exceptional panoramic view across the river and the distinctive skyline of Moscow’s inner city. The facades follow the inner set-up of the different apartment layouts, making them distinguishable from the street. Light natural stone and glass clad the fronts, with an evenly spread pattern of open and closed panels.
